What Voters Need to Know

Persuadable and sporadic Democratic-leaning voters starting in mid-September should see positive messages on digital screens and connected TVs that we need to keep experienced and independent judges like Judge John Arrowood on the Court of Appeals. Democratic voters likely to turn out need to understand the importance of completing their entire ballot.

 

These voters are most densely concentrated in Wake, Mecklenburg, Guilford, Durham, Forsyth, Buncombe, Cumberland, New Hanover, Cabarrus, Orange, Union, and Johnston counties.
